Longmont Dental Loft is the best!! My family and I have had nothing but amazing experiences here. The office is unlike any office I’ve been to before, it is a very welcoming atmosphere and the staff is super friendly. My hygienist, Natalie is the best, walks me through every step, and does an exceptional job. I have met all 3 of the doctors and they all are very friendly and knowledgeable. It’s clear that staff is well supported and appreciated here. I would highly recommend Dental Loft!

I’ve been a patient of Dr Hedrick’s for a number of years, Andrea has always done my cleanings, and it’s about time I let them know how much I appreciate them! They are always concerned about my comfort, how I’m feeling and how I’m doing overall. Steps in any process are calmly and thoroughly explained. Over the years both my husband and my son have been cared for by Dr. Hedrick and Andrea as well. Yesterday I had two crowns done by Dr. Ryan and Maggie, and they made it so easy for me! I usually feel a bit nervous when I arrive and it takes a little time for that to lighten, but it was smooth sailing from start to finish! If you’re someone who’s looking for a new dental practice, you really should check out The Longmont Dental Loft.

I recently became a patient of Dr. Hahn at Longmont Dental Loft. I first visited for a cleaning and exam, and I was really impressed with how thorough she and her team were. They took the time to explain what they found, answer my questions, and make sure I understood why Dr. Hahn was recommending two crowns. I had a lot of anxiety about moving forward with the procedure. I was worried about how anxious I might feel beforehand, whether I would experience pain during the procedure, and whether the oral sedation would actually work as well as they said it would. Dr. Hahn and her team never made me feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions. Ally was especially helpful and spoke with me on multiple occasions as additional questions and concerns came up. When the day of the procedur

I had a great experience at the Longmont Dental Loft. From the moment I arrived, everyone on the team was friendly and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything clearly and never made me feel rushed, making sure all of my questions were answered. Dr. Ryan was especially outstanding. She did an excellent job explaining where my dental health was currently at, discussing my options, and creating a clear plan for moving forward. I really appreciated her thoughtful approach and the time she spent making sure I understood everything. I left feeling confident in my treatment plan and very well taken care of. I highly recommend Longmont Dental Loft to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, thorough, and patient-focused dental team.

What to expect at a sleep study appointment

For an in-lab study, you arrive in the evening and sleep in a private room while sensors record breathing, oxygen, heart rhythm and body movement. For a home sleep test, the clinic gives you a portable kit you use in your own bed. Neither test is painful. Results are usually compiled into a physician report within one to two weeks, and the clinic then discusses whether treatment — such as CPAP therapy or an oral appliance — is needed.

Preparation basics: avoid caffeine in the afternoon, skip lotions and hair products, bring comfortable sleepwear, and take your regular medications unless your doctor advises otherwise.

Frequently asked questions about Longmont Dental Loft

What does Longmont Dental Loft do?

Longmont Dental Loft is a sleep medicine clinic in Longmont, CO that evaluates and treats sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, chronic insomnia, restless legs syndrome and narcolepsy. Evaluation usually involves a sleep study, and treatment may include CPAP therapy, an oral appliance, or behavioral therapy depending on the diagnosis.

Do I need a referral to book a sleep study at Longmont Dental Loft?

Many insurance plans require a referral or prior authorization before covering a sleep study. Requirements vary by insurer and by clinic, so contact Longmont Dental Loft directly using the phone number on this page and ask what your plan needs.

How much does a sleep study cost at Longmont Dental Loft?

Sleep study costs vary widely with the type of test, your insurance plan and your deductible. Home sleep tests generally cost less than in-lab studies. Ask the clinic for an itemized estimate and check with your insurer about in-network rates before booking.

Does insurance cover sleep studies and CPAP treatment?

Most US insurers, including Medicare, cover sleep studies and CPAP therapy when they are medically necessary and properly documented. Coverage details — deductibles, co-pays and supply replacement schedules — differ by plan, so verify with your insurer and the clinic.

How long does it take to get sleep study results?

Typically one to two weeks. A sleep physician reviews the recorded data and writes a report, after which the clinic discusses the findings and any recommended treatment with you.

Can I do the sleep study at home?

Possibly. Home sleep apnea tests suit many adults with a high likelihood of obstructive sleep apnea and no major heart or lung conditions. If your symptoms are complex or the home test is negative despite strong symptoms, an in-lab study is usually the next step. The clinic can determine which option fits you.

What should I bring to my appointment at Longmont Dental Loft?

Comfortable sleepwear, your photo ID and insurance card, a list of current medications, and your own pillow if that helps you sleep. Avoid caffeine after midday and skip lotions or hair products, because sensors attach better to clean skin.
