I had very good professional care at this location. The staff is very nice and professional and the place is very clean and inviting . I had a problem with my sleep mask and had called when they had open I did not have to wait long at all. The receptionist was very nice and gave me the phone number I needed to call about my face mask. It best to call first thing in the morning to get a hold of someone. They get pretty busy in the afternoons and wait times can be a little long to talk to someone.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. The way they called to confirm my grandmas appointment 4 times the day of the appointment and each time they called we confirmed and they told us they’d open at exactly 8 so we waiting and it’s 8:22pm we’ve been waiting. Terrible service and how unprofessional would not recommend

Two addresses of 1120 S Dobson. Google Maps will send you to the one in Mesa. I called the other to see if they had moved, but had to wait on the phone with a voice activated female for 12 minutes. When it counted down to 2 minutes, it re-looped me to wait 11 more minutes. That's 21 minutes. Bush league. Couldn't wait any longer and just went home. Looking for another Sleep Center. I don't care if it's in Tucson. Don't want to deal with this company. Sorry‼️👎🏾

The sleep study was a struggle. The tech was absolutely wonderful. My room, however, was next to the reception area and as they did work through the night, the noise woke me up. The room is not sound proof at all. Could not get comfortable in the bed. The worst part about this center is that NOBODY WILL ANSWER THE PHONE AND NOBODY WILL CALL YOU BACK. The only way I was able to make an appointment was to drive to a clinic and walk into the receptionist to schedule.

It has been such a huge dissapointment overall working wtih this company. If it wasn't for a few staff members who care more than the company does, the score would easily be one star. First is actually trying to get ahold of someone. The voicemail suggests texting instead of waiting on hold. Good luck with that, as it is about 50/50 on whether anyone will actually respond to the text. I found it best just to wait on hold for 45 minutes if you don't want to be completely ignored via text. The final straw was today when I went in because the mask (which was fitted properly) was still giving me issues with staying on all night. I found great reviews on the Resmed F30i AirTouch which solves so many problem for side sleepers who toss and turn. They don't carry it, despite many patients

For an in-lab study, you arrive in the evening and sleep in a private room while sensors record breathing, oxygen, heart rhythm and body movement. For a home sleep test, the clinic gives you a portable kit you use in your own bed. Neither test is painful. Results are usually compiled into a physician report within one to two weeks, and the clinic then discusses whether treatment — such as CPAP therapy or an oral appliance — is needed.
Preparation basics: avoid caffeine in the afternoon, skip lotions and hair products, bring comfortable sleepwear, and take your regular medications unless your doctor advises otherwise.

Frequently asked questions about Valley Sleep Center - Chandler
What does Valley Sleep Center - Chandler do?
Valley Sleep Center - Chandler is a sleep medicine clinic in Chandler, AZ that evaluates and treats sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, chronic insomnia, restless legs syndrome and narcolepsy. Evaluation usually involves a sleep study, and treatment may include CPAP therapy, an oral appliance, or behavioral therapy depending on the diagnosis.
Do I need a referral to book a sleep study at Valley Sleep Center - Chandler?
Many insurance plans require a referral or prior authorization before covering a sleep study. Requirements vary by insurer and by clinic, so contact Valley Sleep Center - Chandler directly using the phone number on this page and ask what your plan needs.
How much does a sleep study cost at Valley Sleep Center - Chandler?
Sleep study costs vary widely with the type of test, your insurance plan and your deductible. Home sleep tests generally cost less than in-lab studies. Ask the clinic for an itemized estimate and check with your insurer about in-network rates before booking.
Does insurance cover sleep studies and CPAP treatment?
Most US insurers, including Medicare, cover sleep studies and CPAP therapy when they are medically necessary and properly documented. Coverage details — deductibles, co-pays and supply replacement schedules — differ by plan, so verify with your insurer and the clinic.
How long does it take to get sleep study results?
Typically one to two weeks. A sleep physician reviews the recorded data and writes a report, after which the clinic discusses the findings and any recommended treatment with you.
Can I do the sleep study at home?
Possibly. Home sleep apnea tests suit many adults with a high likelihood of obstructive sleep apnea and no major heart or lung conditions. If your symptoms are complex or the home test is negative despite strong symptoms, an in-lab study is usually the next step. The clinic can determine which option fits you.
What should I bring to my appointment at Valley Sleep Center - Chandler?
Comfortable sleepwear, your photo ID and insurance card, a list of current medications, and your own pillow if that helps you sleep. Avoid caffeine after midday and skip lotions or hair products, because sensors attach better to clean skin.
