Echoing some of the issues from others, Kim is the messiest business owner I have ever had to deal with. She will text you from multiple phone numbers and always have an excuse she didn't pick up the phone. She also over-billed me, then admitted she hadn't even gotten the information of how much she was supposed to charge me from my insurance. On top of that, I tried to pay ahead of time with my FSA card because I wasn't sure if it would work, I couldn't even connect with Kim until weeks after my sleep study, and when she tried to run my card surprise surprise it didn't work because she isn't a registered medical provider with them. This isn't a bad thing nor necessarily uncommon which is why I wanted her to run it in advance in the first place, but I never would have come in for the stud

Their phone isn’t reachable. You have to deal with one person, Kim who will call back on a personal line days later. And the process loops as she ‘works’ with my insurance. She did this for weeks and didn’t get me approved for cpap equipment after a severe sleep apnea diagnosis.
