I hate to leave a negative review because I really enjoyed my experience with Adam Branch, FNP. He was empathetic, friendly, and patient. However, given my CPAP intolerance, Adam referred me to LUCID Sleep Experts' dental department. They recommended an oral device. Unfortunately, my health sharing plan does not cover anything remotely dental. However, given that I am waking up 5-20 times per night in a panic, I was desperate. I purchased an oral device for ~$3,500 cash. The device improved my symptoms SLIGHTLY, at best, despite multiple adjustments. Likewise, the dental department felt extremely hurried and unfriendly. During the initial appointment as well as future phone calls, it felt as if they were in a rush to end the appointment. My questions were answered quickly rather than grac

This company has created more stress on my mom than helped her with her sleep apnea. Everytime she speaks of this company she gets more stressed out talking about it. This really makes me upset as her daughter because my mom should not have to deal with rude managers that laugh at her ( and I do hope the calls are monitored and recorded), because I want the owner to call me and pull that call. I will be submitting feedback to the proper organizations to let them know how this staff treated my mom poorly and just ended up causing more stress and didn't even help fixing her issues.

I was fitted for an oral device in October 2025, and it is now February 2026 — five months later — and I still have not received the device. Prior to my October fitting appointment, I was told that my insurance would cover the device in full. Waiting five months for insurance approval is unacceptable. This office has not followed through on the doctor’s prescribed treatment plan. Lucid has wasted both my time and money. My insurance has already paid for the doctor appointments and the oral device fitting, yet I have received zero treatment. At this point, it feels like this office is scamming both patients and insurance companies. I cannot recommend this practice based on my experience.
