I have been trying to establish a primary care doctor for nearly four years. Dr. Ashish Sachdeva and his team were wonderful. I felt valued and cared for from the front desk personnel, to the assistant who took my vitals, to Dr. Sachdeva. I haven’t felt this hopeful about a doctor and treatment since serving in the United States Marine Corps and being treated by our awesome Navy Corpsmen. Feels good to find a doctor who wants to ask questions and really listens to what you have to say AND drives forward with a plan. What a relief in life.

If there were an option to give a -10 review, that is what I would give the new management of this establishment and all of the front office staff with the exception of " LEX" she is an asset and goes above and beyond for patients and quite the problem solver!! Lex really knows her stuff and has the capability of thinking outside the box and getting to the root of where things lie!! This doctor's office is going to hell in a hand basket!! Everyone blames each other for everyone's incompetence! Don't be fooled on your 1st visit, the doctor makes you feel he's really wonderful the 1st time and that he will take care of all of your health concerns. But don't take my word for it make a 2nd or 3rd appointment and you WILL see that you are merely a number. Probably number 10,000 of all the pat

This review is mostly about management here. I had a phone appointment with Brittany in early May, she asked me to get blood work done for my yearly in June. A week before the appointment I went to get blood work done at this office and was told they do not have the order. They said I had to talk to the office I went to the front office and who I spoke to was a younger girl and oh my the most negative accusing attitude came out of her. She rolled her eyes and said there was no notes in my chart about the blood work and began to belittle me which caused me to start having a panic attack. One other front office person stepped in and was trying to help however an office manager came out and began to berate me as well. I told the receptionist that was being helpful that I would wait outside as

Be careful. I left the practice in December 2025 after my primary care provider left. Since then, I have continued to receive bills for a program called APCM (Advanced Primary Care Management) that I do not recall enrolling in or consenting to. Apparently, I am listed as having two chronic conditions, and the office has been billing Medicare/Medicaid for APCM services that I am not receiving. I have called the billing department three times, and BCBS is now involved. I am currently waiting to hear back about what steps I need to take. Left several messages. I was also told that I am enrolled in this program for 12 months or until death, which is extremely concerning to me. I have not received any of the services associated with this program, yet I am being charged approximately a $25 cop

Common services at sleep clinics include diagnostic sleep studies, CPAP titration (finding the right air pressure), follow-up therapy adjustments, and treatment planning for insomnia and other sleep disorders. What to expect at a sleep study appointment
For an in-lab study, you arrive in the evening and sleep in a private room while sensors record breathing, oxygen, heart rhythm and body movement. For a home sleep test, the clinic gives you a portable kit you use in your own bed. Neither test is painful. Results are usually compiled into a physician report within one to two weeks, and the clinic then discusses whether treatment — such as CPAP therapy or an oral appliance — is needed.
Preparation basics: avoid caffeine in the afternoon, skip lotions and hair products, bring comfortable sleepwear, and take your regular medications unless your doctor advises otherwise.

Frequently asked questions about Pinnacle Care Internal Medicine
What does Pinnacle Care Internal Medicine do?
Pinnacle Care Internal Medicine is a sleep medicine clinic in Peoria, AZ that evaluates and treats sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, chronic insomnia, restless legs syndrome and narcolepsy. Evaluation usually involves a sleep study, and treatment may include CPAP therapy, an oral appliance, or behavioral therapy depending on the diagnosis.
Do I need a referral to book a sleep study at Pinnacle Care Internal Medicine?
Many insurance plans require a referral or prior authorization before covering a sleep study. Requirements vary by insurer and by clinic, so contact Pinnacle Care Internal Medicine directly using the phone number on this page and ask what your plan needs.
How much does a sleep study cost at Pinnacle Care Internal Medicine?
Sleep study costs vary widely with the type of test, your insurance plan and your deductible. Home sleep tests generally cost less than in-lab studies. Ask the clinic for an itemized estimate and check with your insurer about in-network rates before booking.
Does insurance cover sleep studies and CPAP treatment?
Most US insurers, including Medicare, cover sleep studies and CPAP therapy when they are medically necessary and properly documented. Coverage details — deductibles, co-pays and supply replacement schedules — differ by plan, so verify with your insurer and the clinic.
How long does it take to get sleep study results?
Typically one to two weeks. A sleep physician reviews the recorded data and writes a report, after which the clinic discusses the findings and any recommended treatment with you.
Can I do the sleep study at home?
Possibly. Home sleep apnea tests suit many adults with a high likelihood of obstructive sleep apnea and no major heart or lung conditions. If your symptoms are complex or the home test is negative despite strong symptoms, an in-lab study is usually the next step. The clinic can determine which option fits you.
What should I bring to my appointment at Pinnacle Care Internal Medicine?
Comfortable sleepwear, your photo ID and insurance card, a list of current medications, and your own pillow if that helps you sleep. Avoid caffeine after midday and skip lotions or hair products, because sensors attach better to clean skin.
