If you're even remotely crunchy and are looking for a place for your child, this is not the place for you. I was confused that they insist I "make my best guess" on my daughter's height and weight. Why wouldnt they just check it? If it's so important, wouldn't they want it to be precise? This place is a joke. They cancelled surgery twice for my daughter. They say we cancelled the second time which didn’t happen. The people that work there made a mistake and cancelled our second appointment but Erika doesn’t make the people she is in charge of have any accountability and just blamed us and said they tried several times to call and reschedule but that never happened. I wouldn’t waste my time with this place. Find somewhere better to go.

I had to come to this office twice. I came in because I noticed hearing loss in my left ear followed by loud ear ringing. I came in and waited a really long time, however again this doesn’t really bother me as I get it, something could have been going on with who was before me. The lady that first pulled me back was very kind, it is the Doctor I have some issues with. I waited a while for the doctor after doing a test and talking with the First Lady.
