I had a great experience during my sleep study. Jen, the sleep tech, was awesome—she was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy and comfortable. The building is very secure, and they met me in the lobby when I arrived, which made check-in simple and reassuring. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, the directions to the facility were clear, and the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Even with all of the monitoring wires attached, they really didn't get in the way much. If you need to get up during the night, just be careful not to trip. Jen was very responsive whenever I needed to use the bathroom and came right away to disconnect and reconnect the wires. Please avoid this practice. I have had the same experience as what seems like many others. I had two telemedicine appointments in 2023, one of them being when I had 2 insurance providers. The practice made a billing mistake where supposedly somehow they didn’t successfully bill it to ANY insurance — and they never informed me of this until OVER TWO YEARS LATER in 2025. They claim that I owe them $500 for this appointment, and now it’s “too late to fix it with insurance”, even though it is very clearly a billing mistake on their part. I called back and forth with them over a dozen times over the last year, and they keep calling me, and each person I talk to doesn’t seem to have any record of the prior conversations we’ve had about this. Shakila was very helpful. I asked for an appointment with a tech to get a different type of nasal mask for my Resmed Airmini. She made sure the CSCC office had the mask in stock for me to test. She also confirmed that I could purchase and take home the new mask so I wouldn't need to schedule another appointment for that or wait for the new mask to be shipped to me. It took some time to work out all the details including messaging two CSCC offices. She was patient and persistent, and made sure that all was in order.
