I’ve being seeing Dr. Diaz (and his lovely staff) since I was 18 years old, 15 years later I’m still satisfied with his care and attention to me and my whole family. Most unprofessional receptionist and nursing staff. RUDE!!!!! They do not care about the patient it’s about them and their non-caring attitude shows their true colors. Tele-med is false advertising as they make you come in and DO Not offer tele-med unless you have Covid-19 symptoms! So you must expose yourself to sick patients for their benefit of your copay. The actual doctor Dr. Diaz and Maribel Chavez are fantastic and are the best doctors I have had all of my adult life. Too bad the staff is rude and unprofessional!!

He sat and talked to me. I told him I was starting Keto he helped me understand it better and how to get the best out of it! He also refilled my prescriptions and the co pay was perfect for my budget. He let me ramble on never got unpleasant or frustrated listened to me and address all my concerns!
