I cannot say enough good things about Rebis Health in Frisco. First, I was just grateful to have a sleep clinic in Summit County, but then the staff was phenomenal, especially Nicole Frakes. I threw a lot of curveballs at her and her team, and she was not only incredibly thorough, but also went above and beyond to ensure I received the care I needed. I would now even pay out of pocket to get care from this clinic!

I am very happy with my first visit with Sarah. I love the comprehensive approach Regis takes to finding out what is causing my snoring and sleep issues. It’s so hard to find doctors who want to get to the root cause. I am so appreciative of all they do!

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Rebis Health. It took nearly two months and 5–6 separate calls just to finally reach someone in billing. When I finally spoke to them, I was told that if I paid the remaining $1,600 balance I would be “all set,” only to receive another invoice for roughly $1,700 the very next day. The billing and equipment process was never explained clearly upfront. It was not made clear to me that I was renting my ASV machine, and later I was told the buyout price would be around $3,800, which is significantly higher than comparable prices online and less than ideal considering how much I’ve already paid into the machine. On top of that, my insurance went out of network during the process, and communication became extremely fragmented. My original point of co

The PA and technicians that I worked with have been great however the billing department is impossible to get in contact with. Calling Rebis billing puts you in a call queue for around 5 minutes before you are forced into voicemail. I have called Rebis billing many times and have never once been able to speak with someone. I suspect they do not staff their call queue. When responding to a voicemail, billing doesn't call you back, they just send you a text messageand I've had poor success with their response consistency. When they do response, information is inaccurate or lacking all details.

What to expect at a sleep study appointment
For an in-lab study, you arrive in the evening and sleep in a private room while sensors record breathing, oxygen, heart rhythm and body movement. For a home sleep test, the clinic gives you a portable kit you use in your own bed. Neither test is painful. Results are usually compiled into a physician report within one to two weeks, and the clinic then discusses whether treatment — such as CPAP therapy or an oral appliance — is needed.
Preparation basics: avoid caffeine in the afternoon, skip lotions and hair products, bring comfortable sleepwear, and take your regular medications unless your doctor advises otherwise.

Frequently asked questions about Rebis Health Clinic
What does Rebis Health Clinic do?
Rebis Health Clinic is a sleep medicine clinic in FRISCO, CO that evaluates and treats sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, chronic insomnia, restless legs syndrome and narcolepsy. Evaluation usually involves a sleep study, and treatment may include CPAP therapy, an oral appliance, or behavioral therapy depending on the diagnosis.
Do I need a referral to book a sleep study at Rebis Health Clinic?
Many insurance plans require a referral or prior authorization before covering a sleep study. Requirements vary by insurer and by clinic, so contact Rebis Health Clinic directly using the phone number on this page and ask what your plan needs.
How much does a sleep study cost at Rebis Health Clinic?
Sleep study costs vary widely with the type of test, your insurance plan and your deductible. Home sleep tests generally cost less than in-lab studies. Ask the clinic for an itemized estimate and check with your insurer about in-network rates before booking.
Does insurance cover sleep studies and CPAP treatment?
Most US insurers, including Medicare, cover sleep studies and CPAP therapy when they are medically necessary and properly documented. Coverage details — deductibles, co-pays and supply replacement schedules — differ by plan, so verify with your insurer and the clinic.
How long does it take to get sleep study results?
Typically one to two weeks. A sleep physician reviews the recorded data and writes a report, after which the clinic discusses the findings and any recommended treatment with you.
Can I do the sleep study at home?
Possibly. Home sleep apnea tests suit many adults with a high likelihood of obstructive sleep apnea and no major heart or lung conditions. If your symptoms are complex or the home test is negative despite strong symptoms, an in-lab study is usually the next step. The clinic can determine which option fits you.
What should I bring to my appointment at Rebis Health Clinic?
Comfortable sleepwear, your photo ID and insurance card, a list of current medications, and your own pillow if that helps you sleep. Avoid caffeine after midday and skip lotions or hair products, because sensors attach better to clean skin.
