Already annoyed with this company as they continue to tell me they have not received my order with air pressure and supplies from my doctor although my Dr has sent me proof they sent this information. They are also telling me they have yet to receive my insurance although I am the one who emailed this to them twice to the email they provided. I don't understand why this is the case and from the looks of it ill be dead before I get the machine!! Would switch to a different company if one was offered.

I was literally told during a resupply call that I had to resupply. I clean and wash my supplies with soap and water. I don't need to replace my stuff on the dot every 3 months. It's like having a pharmacist tell you that you have to fill that one prescription sitting on the account, literally the same thing. I am not for a resupply company telling me what I have to do with my cpap prescription. I choose you to have my prescription sent too. I don't need to keep using BetterNight if I get this type of service. Edit: So I was called from a Director at BetterNight within an hour after writting this. I talked with them about the incident. It seems like they use a third party for the resupplies calls which explains all the low stars and troubles people report lately. I have done my fair share

I'll admit, the phone service of the nation wide office is annoying. The representatives are polite and patient. But there is long wait times, and I was given incorrect updates on how much longer things would be taking to get my APAP. (After 2 week initial estimate, it was just one more day, then it was 3-5 days, and then 3-5 more business days after that). Frustrating stuff when you feel terrible. My overall rating of BetterNight would have been 2 stars, had it not been for Ken. Once everything was set up, it was smooth sailing. And Ken, the respiratory therapist, was very quick to respond and was able to get me set up with an appointment to explain how the machine works within 2 days. He is extremely personable, and kept the mood light with jokes. He was able to give me a lot of great t

I’ve been fighting them on an incorrect bill for 4 months now. They agree the bill is incorrect. Then lie and say they will send a corrected bill but instead send you collection notices! What an awesome way to run a business!!! I’m about to pack up my machine, send it back & request a referral elsewhere. Not once have they been able to fulfill their promises that someone will call me back same day. So over them.

Pretty awful experience with Betternight supplies. I've recieved four incorrect orders just this year. It doesn't sound like a lot until you realize they only ship once per month. When trying to contact someone about the wrong order, you'll be put on hold and auto hung up on after 5-10min and then have to call back and start over again. Unacceptable for a company that provides people with important medical supplies. Steer clear if you're able to.

- Sleep Disorders Therapy
Common services at sleep clinics include diagnostic sleep studies, CPAP titration (finding the right air pressure), follow-up therapy adjustments, and treatment planning for insomnia and other sleep disorders. What to expect at a sleep study appointment
For an in-lab study, you arrive in the evening and sleep in a private room while sensors record breathing, oxygen, heart rhythm and body movement. For a home sleep test, the clinic gives you a portable kit you use in your own bed. Neither test is painful. Results are usually compiled into a physician report within one to two weeks, and the clinic then discusses whether treatment — such as CPAP therapy or an oral appliance — is needed.
Preparation basics: avoid caffeine in the afternoon, skip lotions and hair products, bring comfortable sleepwear, and take your regular medications unless your doctor advises otherwise.

Frequently asked questions about BetterNight
What does BetterNight do?
BetterNight is a sleep medicine clinic in Aurora, CO that evaluates and treats sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, chronic insomnia, restless legs syndrome and narcolepsy. Evaluation usually involves a sleep study, and treatment may include CPAP therapy, an oral appliance, or behavioral therapy depending on the diagnosis.
Do I need a referral to book a sleep study at BetterNight?
Many insurance plans require a referral or prior authorization before covering a sleep study. Requirements vary by insurer and by clinic, so contact BetterNight directly using the phone number on this page and ask what your plan needs.
How much does a sleep study cost at BetterNight?
Sleep study costs vary widely with the type of test, your insurance plan and your deductible. Home sleep tests generally cost less than in-lab studies. Ask the clinic for an itemized estimate and check with your insurer about in-network rates before booking.
Does insurance cover sleep studies and CPAP treatment?
Most US insurers, including Medicare, cover sleep studies and CPAP therapy when they are medically necessary and properly documented. Coverage details — deductibles, co-pays and supply replacement schedules — differ by plan, so verify with your insurer and the clinic.
How long does it take to get sleep study results?
Typically one to two weeks. A sleep physician reviews the recorded data and writes a report, after which the clinic discusses the findings and any recommended treatment with you.
Can I do the sleep study at home?
Possibly. Home sleep apnea tests suit many adults with a high likelihood of obstructive sleep apnea and no major heart or lung conditions. If your symptoms are complex or the home test is negative despite strong symptoms, an in-lab study is usually the next step. The clinic can determine which option fits you.
What should I bring to my appointment at BetterNight?
Comfortable sleepwear, your photo ID and insurance card, a list of current medications, and your own pillow if that helps you sleep. Avoid caffeine after midday and skip lotions or hair products, because sensors attach better to clean skin.
