Trust me when I say go somewhere else. I've been seeing this place for months and it's been the worst experience. I switched from a different sleep clinic to this one and honestly wish I hadn't. First I get my first in lab study. Room is bright(lots of light leak around door), noisey (I can clearly hear a sound outside the room, tech opening a soda, clicking or rolling), hot( I told the tech I was hot and he ignored me no fan or anything offered). Took me MUCH longer than projected to get my test results. Finally results, no apnea go to PCP. Well wait I'm actually really tired let me talk to someone. The provider give me another at home test so I'll sleep better. Still no apnea. I ask for further testing. Was told to wait 3 months. Try melatonin. 2 months go by and I make a follow up appoi

Jessica, the virtual assistant who answers the phone is a pain in the butt. You have to go through a myriad of questions and she doesn't always understand your spoken answers. It took me 2 1/2 minutes with her for her to tell me that there were no appointments available and give me a different number to call, where I got her all over again for another 2 minutes before she gave me a third number to call. Then, I was on muzak-hold for 1 1/2 minutes before getting their voicemail and leaving a message for the second day in a row, because nobody called me back the day before.
