I was checked in quickly and had less than s minute wait. The team was friendly; they listened and asked questions with real interest. The doctor was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer questions and discuss treatments with me. I feel I will be able to make an informed decision as to how to proceed. I like feeling comfortable and confident in the caregivers that I see. I know that any other questions will be answered kindly and honestly if I reach out. That's a great feeling.

I had a very disappointing experience with Duly Health and Care at Glen Ellyn location. To start, the office opened late, which showed a lack of respect for patients’ time. The bigger issue was the billing. I have insurance with a clearly stated $50 specialist copay on my insurance card, yet the office insisted I had to pay $465 before I could be seen. (The doctor IS/WAS in network!) Despite my explaining that my insurance card lists a $50 copay, they repeatedly claimed that my insurance required the higher payment without providing a clear explanation or verifying the discrepancy. After my appointment, I’ve contacted my insurance agent and she was on the phone with an office explaining the benefits and that the insurance didn’t require me to pay $465, like the front desk receptionist ins

I transferred my care from Advocate to Duly after having a disappointing experience with my previous MFM specialist. Because of that, I was pretty nervous going into my appointment, but Dr. Donald Taylor completely changed how I felt. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind and welcoming. The receptionist, nurse, ultrasound technician, and the rest of the staff were all friendly, personable, and made me feel comfortable right away. What stood out most to me was how much time Dr. Taylor took to actually talk with me and understand my situation. We discussed my gestational diabetes, and instead of making me feel like just another patient, he asked thoughtful questions about my blood sugar numbers, my eating habits, my exercise routine, and my day-to-day life to get a better under

We recently visited Dr. Megan Nguyen for my son’s ear cleaning, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Dr. Megan was patient, gentle, and explained everything clearly before starting the procedure. My son was a bit nervous at first, but the doctor made him feel comfortable and safe throughout. The ear wax removal was done efficiently and without any discomfort. I appreciate the care and professionalism shown — thank you for making this a smooth and positive experience!

I made an appt with Dr Huynh, as recommended by a good friend, as I was hoping to find a new PCP, and he said she was great. My previous PCP was Dr Griffin. I went in, got checked in, filled out a form, had my weight and bp measured, only to be told by the nurse that the Dr. is not accepting new Medicare patients. Somewhere along the line, I think I should have been told that. The nurse said there would be no charge, which I would have expected since I was not seen by a Dr. What a waste of time!

What to expect at a sleep study appointment
For an in-lab study, you arrive in the evening and sleep in a private room while sensors record breathing, oxygen, heart rhythm and body movement. For a home sleep test, the clinic gives you a portable kit you use in your own bed. Neither test is painful. Results are usually compiled into a physician report within one to two weeks, and the clinic then discusses whether treatment — such as CPAP therapy or an oral appliance — is needed.
Preparation basics: avoid caffeine in the afternoon, skip lotions and hair products, bring comfortable sleepwear, and take your regular medications unless your doctor advises otherwise.

Frequently asked questions about Duly Health and Care
What does Duly Health and Care do?
Duly Health and Care is a sleep medicine clinic in Glen Ellyn, IL that evaluates and treats sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, chronic insomnia, restless legs syndrome and narcolepsy. Evaluation usually involves a sleep study, and treatment may include CPAP therapy, an oral appliance, or behavioral therapy depending on the diagnosis.
Do I need a referral to book a sleep study at Duly Health and Care?
Many insurance plans require a referral or prior authorization before covering a sleep study. Requirements vary by insurer and by clinic, so contact Duly Health and Care directly using the phone number on this page and ask what your plan needs.
How much does a sleep study cost at Duly Health and Care?
Sleep study costs vary widely with the type of test, your insurance plan and your deductible. Home sleep tests generally cost less than in-lab studies. Ask the clinic for an itemized estimate and check with your insurer about in-network rates before booking.
Does insurance cover sleep studies and CPAP treatment?
Most US insurers, including Medicare, cover sleep studies and CPAP therapy when they are medically necessary and properly documented. Coverage details — deductibles, co-pays and supply replacement schedules — differ by plan, so verify with your insurer and the clinic.
How long does it take to get sleep study results?
Typically one to two weeks. A sleep physician reviews the recorded data and writes a report, after which the clinic discusses the findings and any recommended treatment with you.
Can I do the sleep study at home?
Possibly. Home sleep apnea tests suit many adults with a high likelihood of obstructive sleep apnea and no major heart or lung conditions. If your symptoms are complex or the home test is negative despite strong symptoms, an in-lab study is usually the next step. The clinic can determine which option fits you.
What should I bring to my appointment at Duly Health and Care?
Comfortable sleepwear, your photo ID and insurance card, a list of current medications, and your own pillow if that helps you sleep. Avoid caffeine after midday and skip lotions or hair products, because sensors attach better to clean skin.
