This location is by far the worst service with terrible reception agents. The only reason we continue is because it is the closest one to us and my mom can go on her own to the visits. After all these years the service never really improves. No one seems to know what’s happening with each individual cases and are clueless so you always have to start from scratch. The worse one of them is the Bengali receptionist who really acts as the intelligent one when she herself has no idea what she is doing. If it wasn’t for the convenience I would never let her go to this site. Unprofessional and they just schedule appointments on their own for no reason. Today I called in to confirm what the appointment was for and I was told the provider was not there so it was rescheduled. Now why was I not notif

Dr. Dominique is an exceptional physician, not only is she great at her job (medically) but she cares profoundly of all her patients by always going over and beyond to make sure our physical and mental health are in tact. She's compassionate and empathetic to all of us. I have never had anything bad to say about her. Medically, she's phenomenal. she has helped me through so much on so many levels when it comes to my bones. The front desk team are such beautiful people who have shown to have warm and caring souls with such professionalism. The physical therapy team in the back are extremely caring to our needs especially when we are in a lot of pain and are amazing with helping ease our pain. I could name them all but there's to many of them to name lol. You don't find this kind of caring a

Frequently asked questions about Castle Hill Medical Of New York
What does Castle Hill Medical Of New York do?
Castle Hill Medical Of New York is a sleep medicine clinic in Bronx, NY that evaluates and treats sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, chronic insomnia, restless legs syndrome and narcolepsy. Evaluation usually involves a sleep study, and treatment may include CPAP therapy, an oral appliance, or behavioral therapy depending on the diagnosis.
Do I need a referral to book a sleep study at Castle Hill Medical Of New York?
Many insurance plans require a referral or prior authorization before covering a sleep study. Requirements vary by insurer and by clinic, so contact Castle Hill Medical Of New York directly using the phone number on this page and ask what your plan needs.
How much does a sleep study cost at Castle Hill Medical Of New York?
Sleep study costs vary widely with the type of test, your insurance plan and your deductible. Home sleep tests generally cost less than in-lab studies. Ask the clinic for an itemized estimate and check with your insurer about in-network rates before booking.
Does insurance cover sleep studies and CPAP treatment?
Most US insurers, including Medicare, cover sleep studies and CPAP therapy when they are medically necessary and properly documented. Coverage details — deductibles, co-pays and supply replacement schedules — differ by plan, so verify with your insurer and the clinic.
How long does it take to get sleep study results?
Typically one to two weeks. A sleep physician reviews the recorded data and writes a report, after which the clinic discusses the findings and any recommended treatment with you.
Can I do the sleep study at home?
Possibly. Home sleep apnea tests suit many adults with a high likelihood of obstructive sleep apnea and no major heart or lung conditions. If your symptoms are complex or the home test is negative despite strong symptoms, an in-lab study is usually the next step. The clinic can determine which option fits you.
What should I bring to my appointment at Castle Hill Medical Of New York?
Comfortable sleepwear, your photo ID and insurance card, a list of current medications, and your own pillow if that helps you sleep. Avoid caffeine after midday and skip lotions or hair products, because sensors attach better to clean skin.
