If I could give negative stars, I would. Dr. Rosario runs a very poor practice. She hardly has the time of day to see her patients and will scoff at you if you ask any questions. If you like waiting forever to be seen for a 5 minute appointment, this is the place for you. Have had over 10 appointments and waited an hour plus once I arrived for almost every single one. Usually nobody answers the phone. They leave other patients medical records out in the room when they leave which is very illegal. Her techs are inexperienced and unprofessional. She does everything possible to get you back for additional appointments and tests to cash in but never addresses the problem. I wish I could have been warned by someone before going here. I went to another ENT afterwards who I have been with for a y

Sadly this place has turned into absolute trash. Go anywhere else you can. You would receive better medical care from a cadaver than anyone that works here. They will lie to your face and don’t care about you at all. 6 months and they haven’t even put in the order for my machine. This place is absolutely FUBAR. If you care about your health go anywhere else but here. Dr R how can you sleep at night with a practice like this ?

Dr. Inell Rosario is a thorough, caring, and holistic doctor. I had surgery and her and the nurses checked to make sure I understood informed content, what I was going to go through, and what to expect in recovery. Wait times can occasionally be long, but this is because she spends time with you and wants to help you. The receptionists and student doctors were kind and friendly.

I believe in experiences that make you feel seen and heard, and Androsent Ear, Nose & Throat Center truly provided that for me. From the front desk’s excellent customer service to the assistant who took my intake, and finally to Dr. Rosario, I felt cared for throughout the entire process. I didn’t feel like just another new patient. If you are experiencing any ear, nose, or throat issues, I highly recommend Dr. Rosario and her staff.

if you love to wait 20 plus minutes at a doctors place, this place is for you! I am waiting for a phone follow up from my CT scan from 2 weeks ago, my appt was to be at 10:15, it is now 10:38. Second time phone follow up was 25 minutes before the assistant called to put the DR on. I don't understand why this place need assistants. My primary physician referred me to this place, I've been once in person, that I waited in the office for 30 minutes with assistants walking and no one from the staff letting me know how long it will be. The office is poorly managed with multiple email and text to confirm the appt, the phone number to call in the confirmation email is wrong. I had called the office earlier from google number, and the receptionist told me that may be running a bit late and to stay

What to expect at a sleep study appointment

For an in-lab study, you arrive in the evening and sleep in a private room while sensors record breathing, oxygen, heart rhythm and body movement. For a home sleep test, the clinic gives you a portable kit you use in your own bed. Neither test is painful. Results are usually compiled into a physician report within one to two weeks, and the clinic then discusses whether treatment — such as CPAP therapy or an oral appliance — is needed.

Preparation basics: avoid caffeine in the afternoon, skip lotions and hair products, bring comfortable sleepwear, and take your regular medications unless your doctor advises otherwise.

Frequently asked questions about Andros ENT & Sleep Center

What does Andros ENT & Sleep Center do?

Andros ENT & Sleep Center is a sleep medicine clinic in Inver Grove Heights, MN that evaluates and treats sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, chronic insomnia, restless legs syndrome and narcolepsy. Evaluation usually involves a sleep study, and treatment may include CPAP therapy, an oral appliance, or behavioral therapy depending on the diagnosis.

Do I need a referral to book a sleep study at Andros ENT & Sleep Center?

Many insurance plans require a referral or prior authorization before covering a sleep study. Requirements vary by insurer and by clinic, so contact Andros ENT & Sleep Center directly using the phone number on this page and ask what your plan needs.

How much does a sleep study cost at Andros ENT & Sleep Center?

Sleep study costs vary widely with the type of test, your insurance plan and your deductible. Home sleep tests generally cost less than in-lab studies. Ask the clinic for an itemized estimate and check with your insurer about in-network rates before booking.

Does insurance cover sleep studies and CPAP treatment?

Most US insurers, including Medicare, cover sleep studies and CPAP therapy when they are medically necessary and properly documented. Coverage details — deductibles, co-pays and supply replacement schedules — differ by plan, so verify with your insurer and the clinic.

How long does it take to get sleep study results?

Typically one to two weeks. A sleep physician reviews the recorded data and writes a report, after which the clinic discusses the findings and any recommended treatment with you.

Can I do the sleep study at home?

Possibly. Home sleep apnea tests suit many adults with a high likelihood of obstructive sleep apnea and no major heart or lung conditions. If your symptoms are complex or the home test is negative despite strong symptoms, an in-lab study is usually the next step. The clinic can determine which option fits you.

What should I bring to my appointment at Andros ENT & Sleep Center?

Comfortable sleepwear, your photo ID and insurance card, a list of current medications, and your own pillow if that helps you sleep. Avoid caffeine after midday and skip lotions or hair products, because sensors attach better to clean skin.
