I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I came with my wife because she was having a medical problem and needed professional care. Instead of properly evaluating her condition, they only took an X-ray and told us the results would be available in 3 to 4 days. After waiting 3 days, they didn't even call us. They simply sent a text message saying that the X-ray showed nothing. We were charged around $80 copayment and i dont know how much they charged the insurance, but we still left without any answers or a solution for my wife's problem. What made the experience even more concerning was that the doctor was not wearing gloves or a mask during the examination. This made us question the clinic's hygiene standards and professionalism. Went in on Saturday for extreme pain. Doctor came in after waiting two hours and just said ok let’s do blood work and a urine sample. No ultrasound. Took four days to get my results. Was calling everyday and would be put on hold for 20mins and transferred. While the actual staff were nice this place is not the place to go and would never go back or recommend.

Wanted to put one star, but heard they can delete 1 star reviews. I made an appointment whit ZocDoc for a Pap smear and also wanted to get a referral for a mammogram. I go in and pay 100$ for the visit, the take my temperature and pressure, the usual and than I was waiting for my exam and the doctor comes in to tell me they don’t do Pap smears I was confused given that they already took my payment for the Pap smear.. I tell the doctors that was the whole reason I made the appointment? Why even take my payment if you don’t do them ? He tells me “well sorry. But we don’t do it” they gave me a refund but they wasted my time. Was very unprofessional.
