Besides never feeling like they actually cared about my presenting complaints, reception is also extremely rude. “What’s wrong with you?” is not an acceptable way to ask someone what they want an appointment for. I don’t understand how a doctor can actually hang their head when you ask them to do blood work to recheck High liver values, or never call you back with updates about your newly diagnosed sleep apnea when you bring in your memory card, or make the least bit of effort to actually demonstrate some level of empathy and still be in business. I wouldn’t go back there if you paid me. Nice guy, but horrible service, and they really need to do something about the people who answer the phones. If it were me talking to the patients that come to my job like that, I’d be out on my ass.
