the night I went for my sleep study was great. It has been close to 3 months and I have yet gotten my c-pap or heard from anyone. I have called a dozen or more times and no one can tell me anything. I would not recommend Sleep Trends. I have been on c-pap for 26 years and have never had a problem until now.

Instead of calling my father and setting up an appointment they decided to set up an appointment on their own. They mailed him a letter informing him he had an appointment on feb 23rd. The problem is the letter was mailed on the 24th and stamped on the 25th. They already charged his insurance company for 2 visits, I can't help but feel he has been scammed. They called to set up a new appointment but left him on hold for half an hour and never called him back. Plus they threatened to charge him for missing his appointment. I saved the envelope that was stamped by the pitney bowes postage machine on the 24th. I'm reading the other 1 star comments and i think it's time to report this scam if things aren't fixed asap. My father had an appointment at this facility and the customer service from the front desk was by far one of the worst in the healthcare industry. They were condescending given that my dad has a strong accent. This company could use some culturally competent training. Admin staff is extremely disorganized; the right hand does not know what the left is doing. Took them weeks to schedule a follow up appointment and I had to be the one to repeatedly call back and try to schedule my appointment. The office just forgets you are a patient and it's up to to call and follow up. They do not have a good process in place and the patient is left to suffer the consequences.. You will never see the doctor, only an incompetent nurse practitioner who has no interest in really helping you. Their endgame is to make you dependent on a CPAP machine.
