These people are unprofessional from the doctor to the staff. I had a telemed appointment in which the doctor came into the "room" and hung up on me. I waited for doctor to come back and the doctor never did. Then two months later they had the nerve to bill me, then report me to a debt collector. My phone calls for the most part to the office to straighten out the matter went unanswered. Even if you have to go out of state for a doctor, do not go to this practice!

Worst service and worst people. I would have give -5 if possible. I had some pending balance which they were suppose to send me the bill for it. Without sending any notice they reported to debt collection company which affected my credit score and it showed up on my credit report. When you call them they don’t answer your calls or even of you leave a voicemail they do not respond. Please save yourself some time if you don’t want to lower your credit score or have a derogatory remark on your credit report. These people useless…please don’t go to this place.

Recently had a virtual visit and the experience was terrible!!! They called me to move my appointment from 12:30 PM to 12 PM. I was still in the “waiting room” at 12:21 PM so I called to see what was going on they advised that doctor was finishing up with another patient. Then they finally joined the video appointment and was annoyed my connection was as bad. Then asked me why I was here… in the midst of me saying what happened the doctor rudely cut me off said “we’ll get to all that” then proceeded to ask me more questions every time I tried to answer the doctor would cut me off as if they were rushing I didn’t get to say much to them about why I was there or what event happened that made my doctor refer me. They rushed me the whole time then told me they were going to put in two scripts

This organization no longer exists. Dr Siddiqui is at Jefferson health in NJ. His associate doesn't have or want in office visits, telemedicine only and only "seeing patients on Mondays and Thursdays nor is there a direct phone number to the office. You have to leave a message with an outside organization or on their webportal.

What to expect at a sleep study appointment
For an in-lab study, you arrive in the evening and sleep in a private room while sensors record breathing, oxygen, heart rhythm and body movement. For a home sleep test, the clinic gives you a portable kit you use in your own bed. Neither test is painful. Results are usually compiled into a physician report within one to two weeks, and the clinic then discusses whether treatment — such as CPAP therapy or an oral appliance — is needed.
Preparation basics: avoid caffeine in the afternoon, skip lotions and hair products, bring comfortable sleepwear, and take your regular medications unless your doctor advises otherwise.

Frequently asked questions about Pulmonary & Sleep Consultants, LLC
What does Pulmonary & Sleep Consultants, LLC do?
Pulmonary & Sleep Consultants, LLC is a sleep medicine clinic in Wilmington, DE that evaluates and treats sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, chronic insomnia, restless legs syndrome and narcolepsy. Evaluation usually involves a sleep study, and treatment may include CPAP therapy, an oral appliance, or behavioral therapy depending on the diagnosis.
Do I need a referral to book a sleep study at Pulmonary & Sleep Consultants, LLC?
Many insurance plans require a referral or prior authorization before covering a sleep study. Requirements vary by insurer and by clinic, so contact Pulmonary & Sleep Consultants, LLC directly using the phone number on this page and ask what your plan needs.
How much does a sleep study cost at Pulmonary & Sleep Consultants, LLC?
Sleep study costs vary widely with the type of test, your insurance plan and your deductible. Home sleep tests generally cost less than in-lab studies. Ask the clinic for an itemized estimate and check with your insurer about in-network rates before booking.
Does insurance cover sleep studies and CPAP treatment?
Most US insurers, including Medicare, cover sleep studies and CPAP therapy when they are medically necessary and properly documented. Coverage details — deductibles, co-pays and supply replacement schedules — differ by plan, so verify with your insurer and the clinic.
How long does it take to get sleep study results?
Typically one to two weeks. A sleep physician reviews the recorded data and writes a report, after which the clinic discusses the findings and any recommended treatment with you.
Can I do the sleep study at home?
Possibly. Home sleep apnea tests suit many adults with a high likelihood of obstructive sleep apnea and no major heart or lung conditions. If your symptoms are complex or the home test is negative despite strong symptoms, an in-lab study is usually the next step. The clinic can determine which option fits you.
What should I bring to my appointment at Pulmonary & Sleep Consultants, LLC?
Comfortable sleepwear, your photo ID and insurance card, a list of current medications, and your own pillow if that helps you sleep. Avoid caffeine after midday and skip lotions or hair products, because sensors attach better to clean skin.
