This Neurotek office will not answer the phone! I was to have a test done but due to a contrast allergy I had to reschedule because of needing an updated girder. Due to the office not answering the phone I had to physically drive to the office, an hour away to actually talk to someone. They said they would call the office where I am to have the test and update order. Never did. Same thing with a lab appointment. The lab needed something faxed to them but couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. AGAIN. Fasting for nothing. The only reason they got one star is because the NP is very nice. I do not recommend the practice.

The Doctor went way out of his way for me today! After not being able to get my medicine on Friday, he called several pharmacies for me on Saturday. Ironically, 4 of 5 did not have my phenobarbital in inventory. Finally I found a Walgreens that did and he called in in for me there.
