I had a partial hip replacement with Dr. Robles in October, 2025. He was fabulous and I really enjoyed my interactions with him. He left the practice at the end of April 2026 and I had a six month follow up scheduled in May. I was told my case would be reassigned to one of the other doctors and they would contact me about rescheduling the appointment. That never happened, so I started calling to try to reschedule it. I have called multiple times on multiple days over the past two months, been put on hold and then had the call dropped. I have also left multiple voicemail messages for people to call me back so I can reschedule but no one has ever called me back. It is now the middle of June 2026 and I have yet to hear from anybody and still would like to get a follow up appointment scheduled

Dr. Nazarian is wonderful as well as his staff that works with him. However, I am giving this low rating due to the service that is given when we call the office. At first before my mom got her surgery everything was going good. However after the surgery it was another story. We would call and ask to speak with Dr. Nazarian so someone from his staff because my ran out of medication. They would transfer us to a person. I would leave a message and nothing. We found out when we went to my mom’s follow up appointment that the person they were transferring me too…no longer worked there. I don’t understand how the receptionist would not know if that person no longer works there. Good thing I mentioned it to the doctor and his nurse practitioner because now I just call directly to their nurse and

I’ve had a terrible experience with this medical agency’s billing department and office front desk. For over a year, they didn’t resolve my billing issue, never returned my calls, and then sent me to collections with added interest, despite my attempts to pay. I also updated my address, but they never updated it. Based on other reviews, this lack of communication seems common. I hope they fix these issues for others, because no patient deserves this. What’s more frustrating is that I tried to pay the original bill multiple times, but they never resolved it. Now I’m being hit with interest and collections, even though their lack of communication blocked me from resolving it earlier. This is not fair to the patient.” That should cover your full perspective.

Everything leading to my mother’s total knee replacement surgery went well with Dr. Nazarian until she needed refills for her pain. I called Inspire on 02/02 to request pain medicine as my mother was now on her last ones. A prescription was sent to the pharmacy but they requested clarification from the doctor. They advised me to call the prescribers office if it was needed urgently which we did. I called on Tuesday and the wait is so long that your call restarts then gets sent to voicemail. I proceeded to leave a detailed message, again on Wednesday no medication was ready and no one was answering, which I left another voicemail. I understand this can take a few days but I also know it can be taken care of the same day. On Thursday I got ahold of their surgery scheduler only because I have

I visited Dr Lindvall as a 2nd opinion, my first Dr told me boot for 6 weeks and surgery. I was mortified, no conversation, no explanation, nothing. Meeting Dr. Lindvall, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Let me tell you, he exceed all of my expectations. Came into room sat down and actually took the time to talk to me about what I was experiencing. Imagine that made me feel like it was going to be okay. It wasn’t about making money off of me, it was about caring about me as a person!!! I’ve been managing my symptoms, wearing my foot wrap and living my life without surgery!!! You want or are looking for a doctor who cares, it’s Dr. Lindvall.

What to expect at a sleep study appointment

For an in-lab study, you arrive in the evening and sleep in a private room while sensors record breathing, oxygen, heart rhythm and body movement. For a home sleep test, the clinic gives you a portable kit you use in your own bed. Neither test is painful. Results are usually compiled into a physician report within one to two weeks, and the clinic then discusses whether treatment — such as CPAP therapy or an oral appliance — is needed.

Preparation basics: avoid caffeine in the afternoon, skip lotions and hair products, bring comfortable sleepwear, and take your regular medications unless your doctor advises otherwise.

Frequently asked questions about Inspire Health Medical Group

What does Inspire Health Medical Group do?

Inspire Health Medical Group is a sleep medicine clinic in Clovis, CA that evaluates and treats sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, chronic insomnia, restless legs syndrome and narcolepsy. Evaluation usually involves a sleep study, and treatment may include CPAP therapy, an oral appliance, or behavioral therapy depending on the diagnosis.

Do I need a referral to book a sleep study at Inspire Health Medical Group?

Many insurance plans require a referral or prior authorization before covering a sleep study. Requirements vary by insurer and by clinic, so contact Inspire Health Medical Group directly using the phone number on this page and ask what your plan needs.

How much does a sleep study cost at Inspire Health Medical Group?

Sleep study costs vary widely with the type of test, your insurance plan and your deductible. Home sleep tests generally cost less than in-lab studies. Ask the clinic for an itemized estimate and check with your insurer about in-network rates before booking.

Does insurance cover sleep studies and CPAP treatment?

Most US insurers, including Medicare, cover sleep studies and CPAP therapy when they are medically necessary and properly documented. Coverage details — deductibles, co-pays and supply replacement schedules — differ by plan, so verify with your insurer and the clinic.

How long does it take to get sleep study results?

Typically one to two weeks. A sleep physician reviews the recorded data and writes a report, after which the clinic discusses the findings and any recommended treatment with you.

Can I do the sleep study at home?

Possibly. Home sleep apnea tests suit many adults with a high likelihood of obstructive sleep apnea and no major heart or lung conditions. If your symptoms are complex or the home test is negative despite strong symptoms, an in-lab study is usually the next step. The clinic can determine which option fits you.

What should I bring to my appointment at Inspire Health Medical Group?

Comfortable sleepwear, your photo ID and insurance card, a list of current medications, and your own pillow if that helps you sleep. Avoid caffeine after midday and skip lotions or hair products, because sensors attach better to clean skin.
