Why are health insurance companies still using this company for medical supplies? They made a mistake by sending supplies that were over the quantity insurance covers. They then turn around and want the delivery service to cone pick up said oversupply Were told to leave it on the porch or by our front door which is a foolish idea given that packages are stolen on a regular basis nowadays. So if the delivery service doesn’t knock on our door to pick up the package HNE is going to charge us for their mistake being as the insurance company is not going to reimburse them.
