A doctor at this center is why I began recording audio of my doctor's appointments for future proof if I need to file malpractice or negligence complaints/suits. Absolutely no drive to help patients and horrific bedside manner. Spent the entire appointment disregarding, belittling, and not explaining anything to me, the patient, before rudely asking my mother (I was an adult, not a minor, which is the only acceptable time to be doing that) unnecessary questions about me. Not to mention he completely disregarded 90% of my concerns and I have gone on to suffer chronic pain until the present due to his neglect, which could have been diagnosed and treated 2 years ago. Very bad experience. A common broken bone that leads to an emergency situation and hospital stay all due to negligence and what seemed like a push for surgery. I would surely think a skilled doctor could line up a clean break and set it without a need for surgery and all the associated risks involved especially during a pandemic. But no they seem to choose the more profitable option of surgery. Then Sara A. Saft a physicians assistant signed off on a bunch of medications that should never have been given. Shame on her for not knowing possible negative side effects and drug interactions. Shame on Genesis Healthcare System for not keeping a watchful eye on her dangerous mistakes. She messed up and she failed miserably.

My girlfriend had an appointment she waited for a couple weeks to be seen. The day before her appointment she got a call and the appointment was canceled because of a doctor switch. She had been seen by one of the doctors there and was not helped so she wanted to see another doctor and they simply said “he won’t see that doctors patients”. As someone who works in healthcare this is very disappointing and I would recommend anywhere else before I recommend Genesis.
