I was in on 27th for a mammogram and the technician that did it was awful. I have never been treated like that before until that time. I was what you could say man handle, the woman even browsed both shoulders, she kept moving me by her body.i felt attacked and finally she moved me on to a swivel chair. And she kept using her body to move me. I have never been treated like that in all the years I have been coming here. I have been always compliant to anything. This episode took me a few days to get over this treatment. The other staff was excellent.

The staff is great. The way the company is doing there billing is awful. I had met my deductible told them showed them and they still would not do my mri unless I paid $250. I had a small balance outstanding, never received a bill for it. So I took care of that and the $250. I waited for my insurance to pay the claim for the MRI and waited to see if they would credit our card back. Never happened, so I called the billing department and finally after being on the phone over 30 minutes with them I was told this would go to another department for the credit to the card to happen. So we will see if that happens. And I don't know about anyone else, but everytime I go to get something done they seemed to have some balance I owe from the last service.
