Really can’t say enough good things about Dr Kumar and the rest of his staff. We aren’t local but brought my daughter here for a second opinion on getting ear tubes at the urging of numerous doctors who strongly disagreed with the previous specialist’s decision to hold off. So happy we did. Scheduling was super fast, no crazy long waitlists like at other places. They very easily and quickly completed a hearing test (which the other place was unable to successfully complete) and verified hearing loss, which we had suspected for a long time. I had been going to CNY medical professional for many years, but as of 3/19/26 My partner and I are DONE. The office practices suck. You can’t get ahold of anyone when you want to schedule, reschedule or talk about a prescription. When you do finally get through there is no telling if you’re going to get someone who is going to be professional or downright rude. We have nothing against Doctor Kumar or his Nurse Practitioner Deb. They are both helpful and friendly. Which is a shame that I have to leave a 1 star review.
