Drove more than 2 hours round trip for an appointment, and there was nobody in the office when I arrived. The awful, musty, dirty smell hit me immediately upon walking in the door, and there were layers of dust everywhere. The outside of the building says it’s a chiropractic office. There’s a little window off to the side once you enter, with Dr. Murray’s name, which had coats and piles of junk stored behind it. I sat and waited for 15 mins while also calling their phone number, but nobody answered or came to the front. I couldn’t stand the smell any longer and left. My throat still burns. Absolutely disgusting in general, but seeing as this is a medical building, appalling. I don’t know how this office has any customers.

Dr. Murray is THE BEST. I went in for a consultation for a fat transfer, and he was totally honest in telling me that I didn't need it. He did some injections for half the price, and the results were great. The other 5 star reviews on this page are quite accurate. He can use 1 syringe of Juvederm to do the same thing that other doctors need 2 syringes to do on my face. He is quick and accurate with his injections - you can tell he has a lot of experience. I happened to be staying in Chicago and I was checking groupon for botox. I didnt find a dr near me but while googling I found Dr Murray's office. I called and they were able to get me an appointment. While Dr Murray is a man of few words I noticed a huge difference in my botox HUGE!! It took 3 days not a week to start working. I had less injection areas, and while I had been told every other time before that I needed 30-40 units to notice a difference he told me no more than 25 units or i would not be able to move my face. I went with his recommendation and saved money. My following appointment I asked the difference. He's just honest and gives the amount that I actually pay for. Dr. Brian Murray is the best doctor in Chicago. I get all my fillers and PRP from him and he also just a great family doctor. I love the results! It is super easy to get to him from my place in Lincoln park (Chicago) but he also has a Waukegan location I go to sometimes. His prices are some of the best in the entire city and he treats every patient like family. His staff is incredibly friendly. Especially Lisa. Also his receptionists sends personal text reminders to patients the day before so you never forget an appointment! I read a bad review on here and whoever wrote that is crazy.
