I have been a patient at the Centre for Neuro Skills for over a year now, and I have had a very positive experience. The quality of the programs they offer is excellent and truly effective for my recovery. What stands out the most is the staff; everyone maintains such an outstanding, encouraging attitude, which makes the hard work of rehab feel much more pleasant and manageable. I have also found the administrative staff to be consistently helpful and professional. Navigating the journey of recovery is challenging, but being here has made all the difference. The collective positive attitude of the entire team turns a difficult recovery journey into a much more accessible and encouraging experience. Thanks Centre for Neuro Skills.

I want to thank everyone here at Centre for Neuro Skills. My sister Terry Bagley was lucky enough to spend 6 months here for rehabilitation. I first of all want to say thanks to Adam Flores. He’s an amazing person and very kind! He truly cares about the people and goes above and beyond to help. Secondly I want to thank everyone at the Lakeway House! Terry really loves everyone and really misses them! She doesn’t miss the trips to HEB!! I really appreciate everyone who made us feel like family! And just like all families there were some things we needed to work out and everyone got together and we made it happen. So thank you all so much! Last I want to thank everyone who helped Terry at the rehabilitation center! I know you guys worked really hard for Terry and I know she was lucky to have

My mom was a Patient at CNS following her stroke. She did inpatient and eventually transitioned to day treatment. Our family is thankful for CNS and all of the staff! My mom would have never made the progress she had if not for CNS.

I have been going to NCS for 3 and half months. Every aspect of my recovery from a stroke has been addressed. The staff is very knowledgeable about brain therapy and what it takes to recover. All this staff is trained specifically for brain injuries. They are very patient oriented. Cognitive therapy , education therapy, occupational therapy , physical therapy and a counselor. I would bring anyone I cared about here.

What to expect at a sleep study appointment
For an in-lab study, you arrive in the evening and sleep in a private room while sensors record breathing, oxygen, heart rhythm and body movement. For a home sleep test, the clinic gives you a portable kit you use in your own bed. Neither test is painful. Results are usually compiled into a physician report within one to two weeks, and the clinic then discusses whether treatment — such as CPAP therapy or an oral appliance — is needed.
Preparation basics: avoid caffeine in the afternoon, skip lotions and hair products, bring comfortable sleepwear, and take your regular medications unless your doctor advises otherwise.

Frequently asked questions about Centre For Neuro Skills
What does Centre For Neuro Skills do?
Centre For Neuro Skills is a sleep medicine clinic in Webster, TX that evaluates and treats sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, chronic insomnia, restless legs syndrome and narcolepsy. Evaluation usually involves a sleep study, and treatment may include CPAP therapy, an oral appliance, or behavioral therapy depending on the diagnosis.
Do I need a referral to book a sleep study at Centre For Neuro Skills?
Many insurance plans require a referral or prior authorization before covering a sleep study. Requirements vary by insurer and by clinic, so contact Centre For Neuro Skills directly using the phone number on this page and ask what your plan needs.
How much does a sleep study cost at Centre For Neuro Skills?
Sleep study costs vary widely with the type of test, your insurance plan and your deductible. Home sleep tests generally cost less than in-lab studies. Ask the clinic for an itemized estimate and check with your insurer about in-network rates before booking.
Does insurance cover sleep studies and CPAP treatment?
Most US insurers, including Medicare, cover sleep studies and CPAP therapy when they are medically necessary and properly documented. Coverage details — deductibles, co-pays and supply replacement schedules — differ by plan, so verify with your insurer and the clinic.
How long does it take to get sleep study results?
Typically one to two weeks. A sleep physician reviews the recorded data and writes a report, after which the clinic discusses the findings and any recommended treatment with you.
Can I do the sleep study at home?
Possibly. Home sleep apnea tests suit many adults with a high likelihood of obstructive sleep apnea and no major heart or lung conditions. If your symptoms are complex or the home test is negative despite strong symptoms, an in-lab study is usually the next step. The clinic can determine which option fits you.
What should I bring to my appointment at Centre For Neuro Skills?
Comfortable sleepwear, your photo ID and insurance card, a list of current medications, and your own pillow if that helps you sleep. Avoid caffeine after midday and skip lotions or hair products, because sensors attach better to clean skin.
