I took my husband to tri point ER on Tuesday June 2nd 2026 with a blockage in his catheter he was seen within 30 minutes. Everyone was very nice and professional best experience we have ever had in ER. The blockage was taken care of and we were out of there in 2 hours! Everyone was so sweet including the nice lady at the desk as we left!!❤️

I traveled to this hospital from out of state for a procedure that I needed and I have to say that my experience was wonderful. From the very nice lady at the desk checking me in to the nurses, doctors, and entire medical team, it was a very pleasant experience. They took time to talk to me and answer any questions that I had and gave me everything I needed to help have a speedy recovery. It felt like they truly cared and was much appreciated.

This hospital dosen't even need one star, My daughter was treated very badly here. The nurses and doctors in the ED are not well trained and have no bedside manners. if you don't have insurance they won't take care of you. Even after patient advocacy my daughter was lefted untreated and sent home to be sick while pregnant and she has a servere condition called hyperemesis graverdrium they choose to say she was crazy. Thank God I was able to get her to the proper care, and she is now being monitored at another hospital and receiving the care she needs. This has to stop as a nurse asst I see this happen to too many people. I wouldn't recommend having no treatment while pregnant and sick or if you have no insurance at this hospital they will not help. It's not the hospital it's the staff, to

it's not nicknamed "die point" for no reason. I'm 100% sure the complete lack of professional care in the ER is why my Mom is no longer here. doctors wouldn't listen to her, wouldn't explain anything to her, wouldn't help her. she was in and out for the last six months of her life and finally she gave up because they refused, REFUSED to help her. this hospital is so bad, they don't even employ most of the staff. everything is outsourced. i'm guessing it's so they can shuffle the incompetents around so they can't be tracked down when they destroy somebody's life. to be fair, the entire UH hospital system is a disaster. they're so busy buying up other hospitals to make money, that they don't give a crap about actually helping people. and why should they? the gross incompetence at t

Stay away from this hospital. My daughter who is 12 weeks pregnant went to the ER on early Saturday morning with stomach pain and nausea. The staff collected blood and urine samples. Performed an ultrasound and gave her something for her nausea. Never called her OB or a surgeon but sent her home saying that she had no indication of anything. She even asked “are you sure I don’t have appendicitis” before leaving. Needless to say she continued to have pain and nausea and developed a low grade fever. She checked her my chart later and she saw she had elevated white blood cell count indicating that she had an infection. She went to another hospital (different hospital system). Had an urgent appendectomy on Sunday. Both she and the baby are doing well. The pure negligence shown by this hospita

What to expect at a sleep study appointment
For an in-lab study, you arrive in the evening and sleep in a private room while sensors record breathing, oxygen, heart rhythm and body movement. For a home sleep test, the clinic gives you a portable kit you use in your own bed. Neither test is painful. Results are usually compiled into a physician report within one to two weeks, and the clinic then discusses whether treatment — such as CPAP therapy or an oral appliance — is needed.
Preparation basics: avoid caffeine in the afternoon, skip lotions and hair products, bring comfortable sleepwear, and take your regular medications unless your doctor advises otherwise.

Frequently asked questions about University Hospitals TriPoint Medical Center
What does University Hospitals TriPoint Medical Center do?
University Hospitals TriPoint Medical Center is a sleep medicine clinic in Concord Twp, OH that evaluates and treats sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, chronic insomnia, restless legs syndrome and narcolepsy. Evaluation usually involves a sleep study, and treatment may include CPAP therapy, an oral appliance, or behavioral therapy depending on the diagnosis.
Do I need a referral to book a sleep study at University Hospitals TriPoint Medical Center?
Many insurance plans require a referral or prior authorization before covering a sleep study. Requirements vary by insurer and by clinic, so contact University Hospitals TriPoint Medical Center directly using the phone number on this page and ask what your plan needs.
How much does a sleep study cost at University Hospitals TriPoint Medical Center?
Sleep study costs vary widely with the type of test, your insurance plan and your deductible. Home sleep tests generally cost less than in-lab studies. Ask the clinic for an itemized estimate and check with your insurer about in-network rates before booking.
Does insurance cover sleep studies and CPAP treatment?
Most US insurers, including Medicare, cover sleep studies and CPAP therapy when they are medically necessary and properly documented. Coverage details — deductibles, co-pays and supply replacement schedules — differ by plan, so verify with your insurer and the clinic.
How long does it take to get sleep study results?
Typically one to two weeks. A sleep physician reviews the recorded data and writes a report, after which the clinic discusses the findings and any recommended treatment with you.
Can I do the sleep study at home?
Possibly. Home sleep apnea tests suit many adults with a high likelihood of obstructive sleep apnea and no major heart or lung conditions. If your symptoms are complex or the home test is negative despite strong symptoms, an in-lab study is usually the next step. The clinic can determine which option fits you.
What should I bring to my appointment at University Hospitals TriPoint Medical Center?
Comfortable sleepwear, your photo ID and insurance card, a list of current medications, and your own pillow if that helps you sleep. Avoid caffeine after midday and skip lotions or hair products, because sensors attach better to clean skin.
