Saw Doctor Rosales. AWFUL!!! Was directed by primary care provider to come to ER for an MRI. As I was explaining this to Doctor Rosales he started screaming that he was in charge of the types of tests that would be ordered. Tried to explain further he just kept screaming; telling my wife to shut up! Several nurses were in the room. They were clearly embarrassed by his bizarre aggressive behavior. We gave him the number to the Primary Care provider and he was informed that the office actually had ordered us to go to the ER to get a an MRI. Doctor Rosales did not even have the strength of character to apologize. He just said that he wished offices would stop telling people to request specific tests. But no apology was extended. (My wife and I deserved an apology after all that! We came to

I passed out, was taken by ambulance to their facility and accused the entire night of it being caused by drug use even though i passed my toxicology labs. I offered all 2ft of my hair for a hair follicle to prove other wise. They didn't listen, didn't care to find the real answer and refused further testing to prove it was not drug use These people are actually going to neglect you and decided what's wrong without proper testing or care. Good luck.

This is about Dr Daniel Callahan that I wrote for him he is an amazing doctor Dr. Callahan, I hope you’ll allow me to say this honestly and from the heart. You are an extraordinary doctor — not just because of your knowledge or your skill, but because of the way you care. The way you listen. The way you show up for your patients with a level of compassion and presence that is rare in this world. You don’t just hear what I say; you understand what I mean. You notice the things I struggle to explain, the things I carry quietly, and the things I try to push through. You listen with depth, patience, and genuine humanity. That kind of listening is a gift, and it has made a real difference in my life. Every appointment with you has mattered. Every single one. You’ve given me space to be hones

Frequently asked questions about Sullivan County Community Hospital Sleep Lab
What does Sullivan County Community Hospital Sleep Lab do?
Sullivan County Community Hospital Sleep Lab is a sleep medicine clinic in Sullivan, IN that evaluates and treats sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, chronic insomnia, restless legs syndrome and narcolepsy. Evaluation usually involves a sleep study, and treatment may include CPAP therapy, an oral appliance, or behavioral therapy depending on the diagnosis.
Do I need a referral to book a sleep study at Sullivan County Community Hospital Sleep Lab?
Many insurance plans require a referral or prior authorization before covering a sleep study. Requirements vary by insurer and by clinic, so contact Sullivan County Community Hospital Sleep Lab directly using the phone number on this page and ask what your plan needs.
How much does a sleep study cost at Sullivan County Community Hospital Sleep Lab?
Sleep study costs vary widely with the type of test, your insurance plan and your deductible. Home sleep tests generally cost less than in-lab studies. Ask the clinic for an itemized estimate and check with your insurer about in-network rates before booking.
Does insurance cover sleep studies and CPAP treatment?
Most US insurers, including Medicare, cover sleep studies and CPAP therapy when they are medically necessary and properly documented. Coverage details — deductibles, co-pays and supply replacement schedules — differ by plan, so verify with your insurer and the clinic.
How long does it take to get sleep study results?
Typically one to two weeks. A sleep physician reviews the recorded data and writes a report, after which the clinic discusses the findings and any recommended treatment with you.
Can I do the sleep study at home?
Possibly. Home sleep apnea tests suit many adults with a high likelihood of obstructive sleep apnea and no major heart or lung conditions. If your symptoms are complex or the home test is negative despite strong symptoms, an in-lab study is usually the next step. The clinic can determine which option fits you.
What should I bring to my appointment at Sullivan County Community Hospital Sleep Lab?
Comfortable sleepwear, your photo ID and insurance card, a list of current medications, and your own pillow if that helps you sleep. Avoid caffeine after midday and skip lotions or hair products, because sensors attach better to clean skin.
