Bed was comfortable, slept like a baby, got it done and customer service on point ! I took my pillow and a blanket, but I really didn’t even need it because their pillows were very comfortable and their blankets were so comfortable. They provided water. I went to the restroom before I went to sleep. It was nice and dark. It was not loud.

When I first called they answered the phone, "😑hello!"... I asked if this is a residential # and I got a, "No, who you looking for?" When I confirmed it was "Got Sleep" I wanted to make an appointment. She yells off the phone "can I make an appointment?" I heard the go ahead and she made my appointment. Well... I got dropped off and no one was there! Their voice mailbox was full and I was out there alone at night in an empty parking complex. Not a pleasant experience. At least they were consistent in that professionalism was definitely lacking. I had to wait in the dark alone to be picked up was so scared and my anxiety was off the charts. So to sum up Valley Regional... Is also Gat Sleep Inc as they share the same phone#. Already seems like scammy behavior.
