Terrible service , had a call from them in August to say they were sending it to our house.its February of the next year and i just received the billing statement from my insurance to state i was charged $370 . When i called to inquire about it . I was told that they came to deliver ( no selected time or date ) and we weren’t home to sign .then it was held at the local post office for 30 days then returned. We never received a call , a note that said sorry we missed you . There was a second time they came before going to post office and supposedly we rejected it 🤷♀️. It blows my mind how things like this happens . We never received a note that they were here either time nor that we needed to pick it up at the post office . 2 stars because shipment of the equipment and taking the test was pretty simple but it’s been months, MONTHS, and I haven’t received my results nor have they been sent to my doctor. Of course they charged my insurance and was paid right away, but I can’t get ahold of them to see what my results haven’t been sent over. It’s ridiculous.

Had the hardest time getting to speak to anyone to even get my equipment shipped. My doctors office called and they magically picked up so they were able to combine the calls. Got the equipment and the Velcro on the strap won’t stay closed so I sent it back. Hard to do the test when the equipment isn’t secure.
