I was discouraged about ever getting a good night's sleep again. I had been to another sleep clinic in Cary, working with them for six months, where all they did was hand me a plastic baggie with a mask and basically say, "go home and try this." Nothing worked: the masks either leaked air pressure or irritated my nose. Then I found Mirsa Nieland, at Premier Neuro, and it has made all the difference. Mirsa really cares about her patients and wants them to get a healthy nights sleep. She not only found a better mask for me (Elan SleepWeaver Soft Cloth), but she re-calibated my machine (adjusting the pressure to be bi-level). I feel so much better now, I have more energy.
