This is the most pathetic, unprofessional, irrational, inconsistent pitiful excuse for a pain clinic, if you ask me..... Which Google did ask for in this box. I have witnessed nurses aides/ assistants, APRNs speak about patients in the hallway in a mockingly childish manner where I could hear. Not only that, but about each other as well on another occasion. ALSO, since when has anyone been called for a pill count "randomly" and only given 2 hours to get there!?!?.... I told them I could be there the next morning or day bc I had wrecked my vehicle and had to arrange a ride, so they discharged me.... That is dangerous to do to someone who is at risk of relapse, especially.

I'm currently sitting in the office. I've been here for exactly 1hr 20 minutes! I'm just here for a simple follow up. The reason I didn't give 1 star is because I like Dr. Mcdonnell and some of the staff. There are a lot of staff who are very unprofessional. I wonder how some of these people were able to get a job in the medical field. They have no respect for a persons time. In typically in and out with my appointments. I requested my normal amount of time off for these simple follow ups today, and this is absurd. If this decline in service continues, I will find a new doctor's office to go to. I may have to update this review once I get out of here with the final amount of time spent here for this appt. I'm generally in and out of here in 15 minutes. I hear the staff through the doors ju

I haven't been a patient here yet,but when they called me to make an appointment the guy I was talking to was so heavily accented I could hardly understand him. He was also very rude and couldn't even get my health information correct. I fear that this may not be a place for me if this is how they handle there patients information!
