The Cement City Karim HealthCare office is by FAR the best office I've been to! Provider Joanna Branham is both caring and compassionate with her patients. Every time I am in the office the staff is respectable and kind, always helpful. There is usually laughter heard in office from relaxed patients. I was in Coldwater for the week and happened to get sick. I chose to walk into the Chicago Street facility for medical assistance. The office staff kindly greeted me (she was super sweet), had me fill out paperwork and before I finished the paperwork, I was called to be seen. The nurse/MA (?) was thorough and polite. The FNP, Ben was polite. He quickly assessed the situation (ear/sinus infection) and promptly called in the script to a local pharmacy ... Which was ready almost immediately upon arrival.
