I went to give LABOR here, stayed for a whole and absolutely loved it!! 😊 STAFF WAS AMAZING! IZZABELA, DR.CASE, I FORGOT THE OTHER TWO STAFF LADIES. I was checked on multiple times, when I needed assistance they were quick, and they gave me great advice when I was in labor. Everyone was generous and sweet. Having Dr.Case work on me made me super peaceful and happy because she was one great OB I could confidently trust.

Came in with a bone showing and was told to calm down. The dr that night SHOVED my hand palm down forcefully and was pulling on the back of my thumb (reopening the giant wound) and asked me if it hurt. When I said yes he replied with "good" and stabbed me with the needle harshly. Thats abuse. I have it on camera and him admitting it on top of blaming ME for being upset due to having cptsd. I hope after my filings, everyone there loses their license. If ur honestly in danger pls dont waste time on these buffoons playing dr.

Some nights are great there. Some nurses and doctors are amazing. However last night the room my niece was in was FILTHY. Floors were not swept or mopped. Things weren't wiped down. And there was a bed bug on the curtain. No nurses checked on us. We sat for nearly 3 hours before a doctor came in.

They were so rude to me for no reason while I had the worst pain I have ever felt. I had a migraine and I have never had one before but it was scary and so unimaginably painful. A nurse had an attitude when I was crying, but Im assuming she thought I was a drug addict, but as soon as the medicine worked and I thanked her, she was very nice all the sudden. The MRI tech complained when I was heavily drugged and twitched in the machine by accident and made me feel bad for that and when I had to go to the bathroom after! I also came in 5 years ago with a deep cut and we waited 3 hours and just decided to go home because no one was coming. They treat people like drug addicts and it is so dehumanizing. Why do I feel the need to dress up in nice clothes while experiencing pain because JRMC will a

Took my daughter there on Sunday 4/12/2026 the dr there was awful. This was about 1 am. My daughter was having issues with her new medication. The dr told me that it was attention seeking problem that nothing was wrong with her. Ended up taking her to UAMS in Little Rock where they were able to recognize that she had to strong dose of medication. They treated her and is now on the road to recovery. I believe this dr needs to be fired before he gets the hospital sued. Thinking of filing a lawsuit myself against the dr.

What to expect at a sleep study appointment
For an in-lab study, you arrive in the evening and sleep in a private room while sensors record breathing, oxygen, heart rhythm and body movement. For a home sleep test, the clinic gives you a portable kit you use in your own bed. Neither test is painful. Results are usually compiled into a physician report within one to two weeks, and the clinic then discusses whether treatment — such as CPAP therapy or an oral appliance — is needed.
Preparation basics: avoid caffeine in the afternoon, skip lotions and hair products, bring comfortable sleepwear, and take your regular medications unless your doctor advises otherwise.

Frequently asked questions about Johnson Regional Sleep Center
What does Johnson Regional Sleep Center do?
Johnson Regional Sleep Center is a sleep medicine clinic in Clarksville, AR that evaluates and treats sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, chronic insomnia, restless legs syndrome and narcolepsy. Evaluation usually involves a sleep study, and treatment may include CPAP therapy, an oral appliance, or behavioral therapy depending on the diagnosis.
Do I need a referral to book a sleep study at Johnson Regional Sleep Center?
Many insurance plans require a referral or prior authorization before covering a sleep study. Requirements vary by insurer and by clinic, so contact Johnson Regional Sleep Center directly using the phone number on this page and ask what your plan needs.
How much does a sleep study cost at Johnson Regional Sleep Center?
Sleep study costs vary widely with the type of test, your insurance plan and your deductible. Home sleep tests generally cost less than in-lab studies. Ask the clinic for an itemized estimate and check with your insurer about in-network rates before booking.
Does insurance cover sleep studies and CPAP treatment?
Most US insurers, including Medicare, cover sleep studies and CPAP therapy when they are medically necessary and properly documented. Coverage details — deductibles, co-pays and supply replacement schedules — differ by plan, so verify with your insurer and the clinic.
How long does it take to get sleep study results?
Typically one to two weeks. A sleep physician reviews the recorded data and writes a report, after which the clinic discusses the findings and any recommended treatment with you.
Can I do the sleep study at home?
Possibly. Home sleep apnea tests suit many adults with a high likelihood of obstructive sleep apnea and no major heart or lung conditions. If your symptoms are complex or the home test is negative despite strong symptoms, an in-lab study is usually the next step. The clinic can determine which option fits you.
What should I bring to my appointment at Johnson Regional Sleep Center?
Comfortable sleepwear, your photo ID and insurance card, a list of current medications, and your own pillow if that helps you sleep. Avoid caffeine after midday and skip lotions or hair products, because sensors attach better to clean skin.
