I would like to have had more information concerning my exam. I had to ask if I had cavities, ask how many, where they were located and etc. I wasn’t told that I would need crowns and etc.This information was given to me by the lady that wanted to schedule my future appointments.The doctor is wonderful, her assistant as well, office staff very knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Dr. Fujioka is an excellent dentist! She’s very patient and gentle, explains everything really well, and always makes sure she answers any questions. The hygienists are also very good, and they’re great at scheduling with the same person for cleaning so they get to know your preferences and what to look out for. The front staff is friendly, professional, clear (eg cost for a visit), and helpful with scheduling and rescheduling if needed.
