I was referred by my regular doctor to this place. They were nice, but I wouldn't recommend. They keep calling my house phone number when I am not there. No voicemail messages were left. And get this - I gave them my cell phone as a secondary number to contact me. Now if you cannot reach a patient at a said telephone number; isn't it second nature to contact them using the secondary number they gave you. I had an overnight sleep study in July and they did not even bother to follow-up with me. If an office has a patient who has a said condition - wouldn't the onus and professional thing to do be to schedule a follow-up? They did no such thing.
