Dr.Qin is a decent doctor and always kind but ALL of the receptionist except the one (who is the kind Asian lady) are RUDE and they do NOT do what they say they’re going to do or are supposed to do they purposely ignore the phone call if you call more than one time and have snotty attitudes like high school girls. Wether they are short staffed, just tired or personal issues there is NO excuse for the nasty snotty immature attitudes when you’re supposed to be professional.

This place should be shut down. They consistently mess medication refills up leaving me with no medication with meds that can literally kill you if you suddenly stop taking them. They don't answer the phone (*unless you press the option that you're a dr.*) and don't call back when you leave urgent messages. The office staff is rude and careless. Hands down the worst and most inept group of medical "professionals" I've ever encountered. Following up with the states Attorney General.
