Update: 6/12/25 I’m updating my review because unfortunately i received a broken appt letter even after i received out 4 minutes during my appt time to advise of the circumstances they did not have another one available so I was seen the next day. They still mailed me a letter about it right after I spoke to someone reassuring me there’s no problem we can just reschedule you. Is anybody for real in this office geeeezzzzz. Had first appt yesterday for primary Dr. & I would say there is definitely an office staff member who is very very rude. Her name is Christian I believe. She called me back & said you are 10 minutes late like you are really late you was supposed to be on time & blah blah blah, so we have to hurry up Mind you I was on a knee scooter with a fractured ankle & boo
