I had a terrible experience with this clinic. I was violently ill and required testing, my tests results were invalid and they did not even call to notify me. I had to reach out to them 3 days later crying in pain for them to notify me and then pay for an additional round of testing. Just for them to do a BASIC panel, not an in depth one, where my results all came back negative. Needless to say I’ve been sick for nearly 2 weeks with no help. I’m worse off than I was 2 weeks ago. I’m staying far away from this clinic and going somewhere else to get help - I suggest you do the same!

They leave you in an emergency room for a couple hours with nobody coming in to check on you. I had to tell them that I was ready to leave. Then, they proceeded to bill me over 3000.00 for absolutely finding nothing out. Asked if there was anything that I could do to get help with my bill, and of course said they could mail me some papers to fill out. Just for me to get told that I don't qualify. Hand out everything to the solmalian's and could care less about the rest of us.

Good experience overall this weekend. My only critique is for the nurse who took us back to use better discretion regarding information she gives us. When I brought up wanting me daughter to be tested for the flue and other such viruses, she told us they are being selective (more vulnerable) with who they are testing. Focusing on elderly and babies, but it would be up to the doctors discernment and if we can't get it in clinic we can go to Hy-Vee and pay for tests! In my opinion she should have just answered with its up to the doctors discernment. Thankfully the doctor we saw discerned she needed to be tested!! All other staff were great, the first gal we saw just rubbed me the wrong way!!
