I would not recommend this business. My son had a sleep study done here, and the monitor next to him appeared to be malfunctioning because it was showing oxygen levels that did not match the readings on their computer system. I brought this to the staff’s attention during the study, but I was repeatedly told that it was not a problem and that the computer readings were fine. As a parent, I was concerned about the accuracy of the results, especially since the study was being used to evaluate my son’s sleep and oxygen levels. Because I was not confident in the equipment or the responses I received, I had to pay for another sleep study elsewhere to ensure the results were accurate. I have tried multiple times to contact the manager/owner regarding a partial refund, but my calls have not bee

I had a disappointing experience at Advanced Neurodiagnostic & Sleep Center. During my visit, I found the staff to be unfriendly and not very helpful when I had questions, which made the experience more stressful than it needed to be. The overnight room also appeared poorly maintained. The headboard on the bed was torn in several places, and the room did not meet the standard I expected for a medical sleep facility. Since patients are expected to spend the night here, I believe the rooms should be better maintained and provide a more comfortable environment. I hope the clinic improves both its customer service and the condition of its patient rooms.

The best staff ever!! My daughter had to do a sleep study and she was very nervous. Ms. April was her night nurse and she was amazing!!! She explained everything that was going to be done step by step to my daughter and reassured her that she was safe. Very pleasant. After the night was over and I went home and I realized I left my Kindle. Went back but they were closed. I left a note with my name and number so they can contact me when the office opens. The office manager did call and he found my Kindle. I am so thankful. Just a wonder staff. The facility was very clean and the room was a nice size. Has a queen bed, a couch and a crib. Over all a great experience.

I was a little nervous about my first sleep study, but immediately upon arrival the staff were very nice and welcoming. My sleep tech, Brian (i hope i spelt his name right) was very kind and answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. If i need to do another sleep study, i would definitely feel safe and comfortable in Brians care.

While my 6 month old infant son is sleeping in a queen sized adult bed I am angrily writing this review of this business. First of all, if you are going to do a sleep study on an infant there should be a crib for him to sleep in. I’m extremely terrified of going to sleep in fear of him falling, and I definitely can not sleep in the bed with him in fear rolling over on him. Another issue was the lack of hand washing and using filthy used probes on my son’s foot. My son is a medically complex child and there were no standard precautions. I feel that anything used directly on a patient should be new, and the tech never washed his hands. Now, let’s deal with the privacy issue... I breast feed my son and the male tech just walks in and doesn’t even knock before entering. At this point I’m no

What to expect at a sleep study appointment
For an in-lab study, you arrive in the evening and sleep in a private room while sensors record breathing, oxygen, heart rhythm and body movement. For a home sleep test, the clinic gives you a portable kit you use in your own bed. Neither test is painful. Results are usually compiled into a physician report within one to two weeks, and the clinic then discusses whether treatment — such as CPAP therapy or an oral appliance — is needed.
Preparation basics: avoid caffeine in the afternoon, skip lotions and hair products, bring comfortable sleepwear, and take your regular medications unless your doctor advises otherwise.

Frequently asked questions about Advanced Neurodiagnostics & Sleep Center
What does Advanced Neurodiagnostics & Sleep Center do?
Advanced Neurodiagnostics & Sleep Center is a sleep medicine clinic in Las Vegas, NV that evaluates and treats sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, chronic insomnia, restless legs syndrome and narcolepsy. Evaluation usually involves a sleep study, and treatment may include CPAP therapy, an oral appliance, or behavioral therapy depending on the diagnosis.
Do I need a referral to book a sleep study at Advanced Neurodiagnostics & Sleep Center?
Many insurance plans require a referral or prior authorization before covering a sleep study. Requirements vary by insurer and by clinic, so contact Advanced Neurodiagnostics & Sleep Center directly using the phone number on this page and ask what your plan needs.
How much does a sleep study cost at Advanced Neurodiagnostics & Sleep Center?
Sleep study costs vary widely with the type of test, your insurance plan and your deductible. Home sleep tests generally cost less than in-lab studies. Ask the clinic for an itemized estimate and check with your insurer about in-network rates before booking.
Does insurance cover sleep studies and CPAP treatment?
Most US insurers, including Medicare, cover sleep studies and CPAP therapy when they are medically necessary and properly documented. Coverage details — deductibles, co-pays and supply replacement schedules — differ by plan, so verify with your insurer and the clinic.
How long does it take to get sleep study results?
Typically one to two weeks. A sleep physician reviews the recorded data and writes a report, after which the clinic discusses the findings and any recommended treatment with you.
Can I do the sleep study at home?
Possibly. Home sleep apnea tests suit many adults with a high likelihood of obstructive sleep apnea and no major heart or lung conditions. If your symptoms are complex or the home test is negative despite strong symptoms, an in-lab study is usually the next step. The clinic can determine which option fits you.
What should I bring to my appointment at Advanced Neurodiagnostics & Sleep Center?
Comfortable sleepwear, your photo ID and insurance card, a list of current medications, and your own pillow if that helps you sleep. Avoid caffeine after midday and skip lotions or hair products, because sensors attach better to clean skin.
